Account Information

Restaurant Information

If you are a restaurant user, we collect:

  • Restaurant name, type, and address

  • Job postings (date, time, hourly rate, job description, location)

  • Payment card information (processed securely through Stripe)

Dishie Information

If you are a Dishie, we collect:

  • Personal information (name, age, bio)

  • Availability information

  • Stripe Connect Express account information (for payment processing)

  • Bank account information for withdrawals (processed through Stripe)

Location Information

We collect location data to facilitate job matching:

  • Restaurant location (for job postings)

  • Dishie location (to show nearby jobs and calculate distances)

  • Location data is used in real-time for job matching and is not stored beyond what is necessary for the Service

Communication Data

We collect and store messages sent through our in-app messaging feature between restaurants and assigned Dishies.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)

  • Log data (access times, app features accessed, IP address)

  • Job activity (jobs posted, accepted, completed, or cancelled)

Payment Information

Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We only store a reference token provided by Stripe to process payments.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

  • Match restaurants with nearby Dishies for job postings

  • Process payments and facilitate transactions

  • Enable communication between restaurants and Dishies

  • Send notifications about job opportunities, assignments, and updates

  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Between Users

  • When a Dishie accepts a job, the restaurant receives the Dishie's name and profile information

  • When a job is assigned, the Dishie receives the restaurant's name, location, and job details

  • Messages sent through our in-app messaging are shared only between the restaurant and assigned Dishie for that specific job

Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and financial transactions

  • Google Maps: Location services and map display

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers

  • Analytics and monitoring services

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
